  Abstracs Entrepreneurs in the MSME sector experienced quite a big shock when the social restriction policy in the context of handling the Covid 19 pandemic was implemented. Many businesses are out of business due to not being able to operate normally. However, empirical conditions  there are MSMEs that survive and are able to develop their business by taking advantage of opportunities. Policy support to reduce the impact of the crisis through financial assistance, tax relaxation and credit at least managed to help MSMEs survive. But the other hand business resilience is needed, namely the power to adapt to busisness environmental and able to get out of the crisis like pandemic Covid 19.
